This mixed media labour of love was inspired by the Autumn Equinox and the abundance of harvest. There are many elements involved including the torus, the apple - which is considered a sacred symbol of plenty in many cultures - as well as the spiral. The play of textures and folds with the natural forms explores the intentional and wabi-sabi nature of life.
