This acrylic painting on canvas paper was painted in a hurray, and not wanting to waste any paint, I used the palette knife to drag the green down vertically. Seemed like a good idea at the time -clearly a whim. Killarney is an exceptional place to visit and paint. Everywhere you look, there is beauty. The smooth rocks and windblown trees are a testament to the fabulously raw emotion one feels in Georgian Bay.
