My work continues to explore unusual color combinations, shapes and line, emphasizing the raw energy of the painting process and revealing the brush strokes. I feel the process is important to reveal to the viewer. Although not typical spring colours, the colours are bright and warm.  The energy of the line work brings a sense of excitement, just like our feelings when spring finally comes.
